Laurel wrote about a solid list of fashiony video fun that we can check out now (I'm partial to that Vena Cava video with Lizzy Caplan!), and I have one more very exciting upcoming movie to add to this list. The gorgeous Keira Knightley is set to play Coco Chanel in a film that will mark the 100th anniversary of the opening of Chanel's first boutique in Deauville, France. It will be directed by Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld who has built a substantial side career as a photographer and filmmaker. Two years ago, he directed Rachel Bilson in a film for Magnum Ice Cream, which played at the Tribeca Film Festival. Karl's new film will debut in Singapore in May, when he unveils his next cruise collection. Keira is the ideal choice to play Coco (she already works with the brand as the face of its Mademoiselle perfume). I expect the film to land on the Internet the minute the last model walks off the runway.
