Feb 23, 2017 - Here is a photograph of a woman in a Chanel skirtsuit on 1959. As you can see in the picture, there is a high neckline, with the skirt down past the knees. The overcoat and skirt are the same gingham pattern. The woman's silhouette is fitted and straight. Her hair is up and she finished the look with a hat which was very common for this time. -Serina Sabedra 2/23/17
